Menu for today’s dinner was :

• Cabbage with mince pork and sambal petai.
• Chicken cooked with Coca-Cola
• Spam ham lite!

I’m feeling a little stress now cause I haven’t covered much for my exams yet. Three exams back to back is a nightmare. Terribly horrifying okay. So now, I’ve gotta make sure I pass my exams.. if not i’ll have to retake it next semester.. or worst.. studying during the summer break.

wish me luck peopleee. I’m gonna need it!

Lemon Yogurt Cake

Hello!

I’m here to post pictures of my latest baking obsession :p

The first time, we, meaning Jovy and I, tried to bake Lemon Yogurt cake with raspberry. But the combination of lemon and raspberry was… sour. so the whole cake turned out very sour.

But the texture was perfect! Only it was sour…

And then a week later, we attempted it again.. but this time without raspberry, and more sugar!

and WALLA!

it was a success :p

I want to go home.

I can’t wait to go home.

I need an escape.

from this routine.

It’s getting really really tiring.

Baa baa black sheep

Hello people!

Shaw woke me up at freaking 9am in the morning so that he could have breakfast with me. Wow. my second breakfast ever since I came here. I got to eat cream cheese bagel, egg tart and sausage bun. If you guys happen to be in QV, drop by at the bagel express shop. They serve really good bagels.

With the latest swine flu hoo ha, i hope I wouldn’t fall sick on my flight home because I don’t want to end up on a flight back here, instead of back to Malaysia. haha, so please go to the mosque or like the temple and pray that I don’t fall sick please :p

I’ve been in a massive cooking spree, playing around with the oven, and trying out baked recipes. Mommy, why haven’t you fix an oven in our kitchen? It’s the best creation ever, besides the food dehydrator which I really really want, after having Xin’s mom’s dried fruits.

Dad also called me today just to ask who I was talking about in the last post lol! so hilarious. He was like.. boyfriend ar? hahaha :p

Exam’s in like… 2 weeks I think. So wish me luck! I gotta study study study.. I don’t understand QM at all!!! Hate statistics… stupid statistics.

I hate it when you refuse to see the truth, and all you do is keep making up more and more bullshit to try and prove that you are right.

Ugh, anywaysss, my blog if like dead. I’ve not been updating because there’s just been lots of work to do, and I just haven’t got anything interesting to blog about. Well other than the fact that I attempted Shaoxing and ginger chicken.. which tasted not bad. Atleast I think so.

Oh well. my cooking skills have just been like ____. Ah need more practice!

I’m gonna try out baking tomorrow. hopefully it turns out well, (hopefully I even get to the baking part).

GRRRR swine flu!

Oh my god!

I just realised that I’ve not updated in like a gazillion years!

Oh well, I’ve been busy with assignments and finally just had the time to breathe today!

Anyways, nothing interesting have been happening lately besides eating out alot of dinners nowadays because there’s just toooo much work to do!

And this swine flu thing is driving me nuts,

for one, im afraid I might not be able to go back,

and im also afraid that if i went back, i might not be able to come back to Melbourne again

Shaw and I ate out cause I had to study and we decided to grab a quick Malaysian dinner at Chinatown.

I had awesome rice dumpling today. After god knows how long! It was albeit expensive though, $3.50 for one, measly, rice dumpling. I can probably get 3 of those back home, but heck it was worth every dollar.

then we also had beef rendang, which tasted like the ones back home. now we know where to go when we crave for beef rendang!

I told Shaw I want half of him because for obvious reasons, he’s getting fat now!

Here’s how the convo went,

A : Shaw can you go on a diet! I want half of you.

S : No, I have a better plan, i continue eating and then you’ll have double of me. More to love.

A : think i’ll love the half more.

Haha. now he’s asking me to feed him with guilt so that he will go gym more often and eat less.

Like that would work!

Anyways I’m driving myself up the walls studying for Business Law.

Heck they didn’t even make it an open book test just because Commerce students have it easy. Heck who the hell needs people to remember 37 cases for 10 miserable questions!

I’m reading all these cases now and no wonder lawyers make so much money.

Because idiots take up every single tiny problems to court!

I kinda regret taking the subject this semester because none of my friends are doing it now, therefore no one to study with.

i’m such an idiot.
