Yummy Rainbows

It was like the most productive day ever yesterday. Well, atleast for me it is. I vacuumed the room and got Jun Hoe to help me with the luggage thingy and then I read up on my HOI!

Hah, and this was what I wore to school. My sleeping pants.

HOI is so freaking hard. We got this essay on Carl Justav Jung. and he’s like this pscyhoanalysis guy who is, in my opinion albeit delusional and highly ambitious. Oh well, we’ll see what I have to write about this guy.

I was looking out my window, and then I saw this rainbow. MM, totally made my day.

Yo! Am currently at Jojo’s House. We woke up super early for Camberwell Market and got ourselves pretty pretty plants. Jo bought me jasmines. how sweet!

 

And then we went to Melbourne Central and they were giving out $20 gift voucher for us to spend as long as we took plants home. Joy! Adrienne got herself this belt and nail polish from Sportsgirl and Jojo shopped like a mad aunty.

Petty Petty Little Things

I haven’t been updating on the things I did when I came back, so here’s an update.

On the first Friday, the Indon boys decided to cook rendang and Nikky cooked her Sze Chuan style. Food tasted so good, and never THAT spicy.

Then Saturday was the day where Jojo nearly fainted from not eating for the whole day, and Adrienne came to the rescue, by cooking her instant noodle. What a nice friend right? She said my 2 arms were like the size of 4. 

Watched The Dark Knight and X files this week. The Dark Knight was awesome. but X files took awhile to reach the climax, hence, I fell asleep.

I pretty much slacked my week away, except doing like THE most important thing ever!

Registering at CommBank and getting myself a new debit card. How awesomeeee. Now I can charge.. charge… on savings.

I need control!

*on another note, my room is still messy. I feel like I just can’t start doing work unless my room is a little less messy. Going to clean it up tonight. Fingers crossed :]

Adrienne is shameless.

My room smells like sweat all the time. So I used the tea leaves that I bought from T2 yesterday to fragrant the room. It smelt nice for a while. Until _________ decided to open the windows, and drain my flowery tea smell that Krystle, Amanda and EnTzer liked, and bringing in the smell of petrol. And to think that I thought that she liked flowery smells. Because duh, her bed’s flowery.

Adrienne stop assuming. 

I enjoyed hanging out with Krystle and Amanda last night. It’s nice to have housemates that talk to you for hours non stop! just like Tiffany C and Evie as well.

Flowery

I love the way Aunty decorated the house. It has so much antique stuff, yet it doesn’t seem old fashion! I can’t wait to have a house of my own and start decorating it okay, but yet, I have this feeling that it will turn out disastrous because even as I’m typing this, my luggage from Shanghai has not been unpacked yet.

Adrienne. has. got. to. stop. procrastinating.

I’ve gotten back my marks for term 2. Not bad, but not terrific either. I am soooo determined to improve my scores this term but I’ve got to work really really hard. I’ve got 4 essays to write this term. So crazy right.

Okay, I need to go unpack and decorate the room now. Wish me luck in completing it!

Just 6 months ago

It feels good being back in Melbourne. Don’t get me wrong. I had an awesome time in Shanghai but I was bumped that my dad was busy. Coming back, felt like the very first day I was here. Kok keong helped me out with my luggage, just like he did 6 months ago, and without thinking much, I went out without even unpacking.

But this time it felt different, I knew the streets of the city. I didn’t lose my way. I did not stand in the middle of the street trying to figure out whether Swanston Street was to my right or to my left. 

Sometimes I just miss the unfamiliarity.
