Sunday was spent at Thilo and OiHwa’s (Stevie’s friends) place in Janda Baik. Lovely lovely place. It’s like being in Bali, without having to be ‘there’, you know. The place was so cooling and the view was so good. you’ll see soon.

Hello!
On the way to my grandma’s brother’s house, we got lost… and somehow ended up at Duyong, where Perigi Hang Tuah was located. We took some pictures, and I was amazed by that well!! Its water is crystal clear okayy. and then when I read the board, myth says that there’s a white crocodile living at the bottom of the well. Can some diver please jump down and clear my curiousity please. You shall be my cat.
I was craving for Nyonya kuihs, so then we headed to Tengkera for some of Baba Charlie’s kuih, and they are the most delicious things ever!
I didn’t like Jonker street. It was filled with crap stores that sell the same kind of things that the pasar malams in KL sells. Was expecting like you know, vintage stuff, old coins.. but I only found one store that sell those kind of things. and another store that sells super delicious Durian Apom balik.
You can never go wrong with durian in Malacca :p

I DON’T FREAKING UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ARE MAKING A BIG FUSS OUT OF SWINE FLU.
firstly, do some research.
MORE PEOPLE DIE FROM NORMAL FLU AS COMPARED TO SWINE FLU.
does the media not have anything better to report rather than this stupid swine flu?
it is just a flu. get over it.
i don’t see people hiding around when they have normal flu, which is just as bad as swine flu.
media in malaysia has make a big deal out of this stupid thing.
please don’t msn me telling me to quarantine myself at home. preaching me about spreads, bla bla bla. it is annoying. because it is just plain dumb that you are feeding on everything the media publishes.
firstly not every country is synchronised with the technology used to detect swine flu.
BAM you have fever, they infect you with swine flu.
and then find out that you actually don’t have it.
stupid.
if only people were so united about politics in our country as they are about swine flu.

Menu for today’s dinner was :
- Cabbage with mince pork and sambal petai.
- Chicken cooked with Coca-Cola
- Spam ham lite!
I’m feeling a little stress now cause I haven’t covered much for my exams yet. Three exams back to back is a nightmare. Terribly horrifying okay. So now, I’ve gotta make sure I pass my exams.. if not i’ll have to retake it next semester.. or worst.. studying during the summer break.
wish me luck peopleee. I’m gonna need it!
Lemon Yogurt Cake

Hello!
I’m here to post pictures of my latest baking obsession :p
The first time, we, meaning Jovy and I, tried to bake Lemon Yogurt cake with raspberry. But the combination of lemon and raspberry was… sour. so the whole cake turned out very sour.
But the texture was perfect! Only it was sour…
And then a week later, we attempted it again.. but this time without raspberry, and more sugar!
and WALLA!
it was a success :p
I want to go home.
I can’t wait to go home.
I need an escape.
from this routine.
It’s getting really really tiring.

Hello people!
Shaw woke me up at freaking 9am in the morning so that he could have breakfast with me. Wow. my second breakfast ever since I came here. I got to eat cream cheese bagel, egg tart and sausage bun. If you guys happen to be in QV, drop by at the bagel express shop. They serve really good bagels.
With the latest swine flu hoo ha, i hope I wouldn’t fall sick on my flight home because I don’t want to end up on a flight back here, instead of back to Malaysia. haha, so please go to the mosque or like the temple and pray that I don’t fall sick please :p
I’ve been in a massive cooking spree, playing around with the oven, and trying out baked recipes. Mommy, why haven’t you fix an oven in our kitchen? It’s the best creation ever, besides the food dehydrator which I really really want, after having Xin’s mom’s dried fruits.
Dad also called me today just to ask who I was talking about in the last post lol! so hilarious. He was like.. boyfriend ar? hahaha :p
Exam’s in like… 2 weeks I think. So wish me luck! I gotta study study study.. I don’t understand QM at all!!! Hate statistics… stupid statistics.
